It’s been a while since I’ve posted a note here. I’m still planning
to post a weekly progress moving forward. I was out of town on a business trip
last week, which threw everything off.
First week was pretty good until my elliptical machine
broke. I bought ProForm 395 E from local Sears. It was small, quite and
cheap. I didn’t want to spend too much on this for now. I knew it’s not the
best quality, but you get what you paid for. Anyhow, it’s fixed now, and so I
can continue my workout routine. I had lost almost two pounds, which is small
yet healthy in my first week. You can see the progress from below table. I
weight myself first thing in the morning for consistency.
Second week was rough. I admit I didn’t work out, and ate
out the entire week, as I was travelling. I promise I’ll get on track right
away.
